These are definitely over the top. These eyeglasses belonged to my 95 year old grandmother. She had these made and wore them to Mardi Gras balls in New Orleans. The original lenses are prescription bifocals. The arms are strong and tight and there are no cracks, splits or damage to the frames. Very sound and very clean. Do your own homework, but in my opinion these are one of the fanciest, most over the top pair of glasses offered on e-bay.
