Left Eyepiece indicates Bailey, Banks, and Biddle. This item is in extremely fine aesthetic and excellent working condition. The magnification is incredibly sharp and clear. Issues: Two tiny corrosion marks on middle bar, two small nicks in the black adjustment knob. Pearlescent, black/white striped exterior tubes; possibly Mother of Pearl. These are in nice working condition and focus dial allows extension to 3-1/4″ from 2-3/8″. There is some excellent research to be found in the book “Spectacles and Other Vision Aids: A History and Guide to Collecting” by J. William Rosenthal (available for perusing on Amazon).
