(not this actual frame but the model : THE BEAT). We are not sure or can not confirm that statement. What we know is that this is an AWESOME Eyeglasses frame. We are listing this item as used.. It looks very very very good like new condition. This L A eyeworks frames just have been here for many many years. One temple tips has a small crack. PLease see picture 11. That should be entirely normal for a frame that is more than 30 years old. If you want something perfect please do not bit on this item. As we try to describe it the best we could.
