Trying to raise funds to cover repairs due to storm damage. Never used spectacular auburn cat eye frame with ornately curved arms shaped like flames or like a 50s car! Feature sparkling rhinestones and studs, offset with gilding and pearlescent detail. Optical quality eyeglasses frame. Unused (has no lenses right now). New old stock, never worn. Note that the rhinestones would have been hand-set and one of the side settings has a tiny flaw (a double drilled setting – see last picture). May need adjustment to suit you; your optician can help with adjustments, as will regular use and wear of the frame. Width across the top = 5 inches. Hinge to hinge = about 4.5 at hinge, with ergonomic curves that flare out to 5 inches; arms can extend so the space between the arms is about 5 3/8ths inches. Height including the frame itself = 1.5 inches. Total arm length = 5.5 inches. These are typically sized for vintage cat eye frames = They are on the smaller side when compared with frames made today; the arms can open wider than the hinge-to-hinge width. The temples accommodate the shape of the head. These glasses are vintage; normal wear and minor adjusting may be expected.
