Unused Rhinestone & Gilded Cat Eye Frame / NOS Vintage 50s 60s Eyeglasses, Black Glasses with Gilding Wraparound Style Slightly Larger Cateye Cats. Classic cat eye with gorgeous aurora borealis rhinestone and engraved gilded embellishments on the brows and arms. Ready for your own prescription or sunglasses (contain no lenses). May need regular adjustments, which come with an optician’s lens fitting, and with regular wear. Some minor wear due to age / storage. This frame is slightly larger for a vintage cat eye & may accommodate a more contemporary fit. (These frames tend to run small, but again this is a bit larger than most vintage cateyes). Please check the measurements. From experience, I’m guessing it’s Frame France but don’t quote me on it! Color: Black with gilding and aurora borealis rhinestones. (all measures are mine and may be off a mmm or fraction). Width of frame front=5.5 inches wide from wing to wing. Hinge it hinge – about 5.35 inches. Frame height is about 1.5 inches high measured from the center of either lens & including frame. Total side piece length arm is 5.35 inches or 135mm. Condition: unused / has been sitting in storage so the frame may be slightly off level.
